This will be the third year that POD point has exhibited at the LCV event; CEO Erik Fairbairn commented "We consider the Low Carbon Vehicle event to be the most important B2B event in our calendar. There is a great mix of exhibitors and visitors, and it provides a great platform for us to launch new products and demonstrate our technology to our target audience".

Meeting space
We are able to offer facilities for private meetings from 2 - 50 people depending on your requirements. There are a number of suites available which overlook the main racing track. These rooms are fully air conditioned, naturally lit and will have facilities for tea and coffee if required. The rooms are available for hire throughout the two days, and can be booked in half days if required. Catering
LCV 2011 has the capability to offer the following catering options:
“Apollo Restaurant”
A three course lunch will be served in the Apollo Restaurant on both days. The Apollo Restaurant is situated on the 1st floor of the Rockingham main grandstand allowing diners to view activities on the circuit whilst enjoying the finest silver service seated dining. Reservations can be pre-booked on the website or available* on the day.
*Please note that the number of seats available for dining will be limited and will be on a first come first served basis.
“Skyline Restaurant”
A hot/cold buffet will be served in the Skyline Restaurant on both days. The Skyline restaurant is again situated on the 1st floor of the main grandstand where diners can view the activities on the circuit whilst enjoying their buffet luncheon. Reservations can be pre-booked on the website or available on the day.
“The Diner”
The diner is situated on the ground floor of the main grandstand and will be open all day.
The Diner has a small seating area and will be serving various hot and cold snacks – Bacon rolls, burgers, fries, jacket potatoes, sandwiches, hot and cold drinks and other confectionary. No reservation is required.
UKTI International Exhibition
There will be opportunities for 1:2:1 meetings with International visitors which can be booked prior to the event or on the day.
